What we collect, and what we do with it.

Four things, and nothing else.

• Inquiry form. Your first names, email, phone if you give it, your wedding date, venue, guest count, the kind of ceremony you have in mind, and anything you write in the story field.
• Consultation requests. Your first names, email, phone, wedding date if you have one, whether you prefer phone or video, the times that suit you, and what you want to talk about.
• The vow guide. Your email address only.
• The story questionnaire. For booked couples, everything the two of you write in the private portal.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. If a deposit or balance is paid, it is handled by a payment provider and we never see the full card details.

This one deserves its own section, because it holds sensitive personal information. Relationship history. Family circumstances. Religious belief. Things the two of you have come through.

It is used for one purpose: writing your ceremony. It is never sold, never shared with anyone outside Love Marriage Co., and never used for marketing.

Nothing in it is repeated in the ceremony without your agreement. You read the draft before anyone hears a word of it, and anything you ask us to leave out stays out.

You can ask us to delete it at any time, before or after the wedding, and we will delete it in full. Write to hello@lovemarriageco.com and it is done.

The portal and the questionnaire are reached by a private link rather than a password. That keeps it simple for two people filling one thing in together, and it has a trade off worth stating plainly.

Anyone holding the link can open that page. The link is long and random, so it will not be guessed, but it is not protected by a password. Do not post it publicly, and do not share it beyond the two of you.

If you think the link has been seen by someone it should not have been, tell us and we will issue a new one and retire the old.

• Inquiries and consultation requests. Two years, then deleted.
• Questionnaires and ceremony drafts. For the length of our work together and one year after the wedding, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• The email list. Until you unsubscribe. Every email we send carries a link to do that.

If you live in California you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal information to anyone, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Write to hello@lovemarriageco.com with the request. We answer within thirty days, usually much sooner, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Nothing is stored on your device to track you between visits.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

We use a small number of providers to run the site and store what you send us. Our hosting and database provider stores form submissions, questionnaire answers and the email list on our behalf. Email is sent and received through standard email services.

These providers act on our instructions. None of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

This site is for adults planning a wedding. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to hello@lovemarriageco.com and we will remove it.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If the change is significant, for example a new kind of information collected or a new provider handling the questionnaire, we will email current couples and anyone on the list rather than expecting you to notice.
